In case your payment for an order fails, there could be various reasons. Feel free to contact our Customer Service Team via email at support@ximicosmetics.com with the subject "Failed Payment." Please provide your details and, if possible, include a screenshot of the issue.

ORDER

An order confirmation number is generated exclusively for online orders. Once you've successfully placed your order online, you'll receive an email containing comprehensive order details.

Did you not receive your Order Confirmation?

Don't worry; we're here to assist you! Reach out to our Customer Service Team via email at support@ximicosmetics.com with the subject line "Order Verification."

Usually, a "Payment Pending" status arises when the payment is unsuccessful.

What if your payment has failed?

There could be several reasons behind payment failure. Don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team via email at support@ximicosmetics.com with the subject "Failed Payment." Please provide your details and, if possible, a screenshot of the issue.

Unable to retry payment or didn't receive a payment failure email?

Avoid reordering to prevent duplication! Simply get in touch with our Customer Service Team via email at support@ximicosmetics.com with the subject "Payment Pending," and we'll send you a link for another payment attempt!

Paid but your order status hasn't updated after 24 hours?

Our Customer Service Team can verify your payment and resend an order confirmation email. Please reach out to us via email at support@ximicosmetics.com with the subject "Order Status Inquiry."

Can you make changes to or cancel your order once it's placed?

Regrettably, once your order is successfully placed, we cannot make further changes, such as shipping method upgrades or quantity adjustments for your beauty haul. To avoid issues, we recommend reviewing your bag and shipping details before checkout, as XIMI COSMETICS cannot be held responsible for replacements or refunds for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided.

DELIVERY

How can you track your order?

Hold tight! Your order has been packed and dispatched from XIMI COSMETICS's warehouse. You'll soon receive an email update from us, including a Tracking Number for your parcel. Please allow approximately 72 hours for your tracking to become active.

What are our delivery options and estimated shipping times?

  • U.S. and Canada: 7 – 20 working days
  • Europe and U.K: 12 – 30 working days

Please note:

  • Delivery times may be extended during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen events such as extreme weather conditions.
  • Deliveries are processed on weekdays, excluding Public Holidays.

Do we process orders on Public Holidays?

While we aim to fulfill your order promptly, kindly note that our warehouse and courier partner are closed on Public Holidays. We appreciate your understanding, and orders will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Why is there a delay in delivery?

Due to the high volume of orders and precautionary measures taken by us and our delivery partners, delays in order delivery may occur. You can check the status of your order by logging into "How can I track my order?"
